Daily operational management and tracking of business goals **STORE AND CAFETERIA SUPERVISOR (Magdalena Branch and Surco Branch)** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Staff responsible for daily store operations, supervising the team, ensuring compliance with service and quality standards, contributing to sales targets, and delivering a positive customer experience. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Valid DNI \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday (Morning and Afternoon shifts / 1 rotating weekly day off, Mon–Thu) \- Willingness to work in MAGDALENA and/or SURCO, residing in areas adjacent to these districts \- Excellent communication and public service skills \- Technical or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Adjust staffing assignments and shift schedules according to demand to ensure operational efficiency. \- Prioritize operational tasks (service delivery, restocking, incident resolution) based on daily workflow. \- Implement daily sales tracking (business goals), inventory monitoring, and service evaluation to support data-driven decision-making. \- Strengthen team training to ensure consistent standards across all areas. \- Ensure proper execution of opening, service, and closing procedures, adhering to established standards and timeframes. \- Actively assist at cash register, bar, or customer service during peak demand periods to ensure uninterrupted operations. **BENEFITS:** \- Employment under Microenterprise Payroll System (SALARY: S/1,500 = S/1,130 BASE + PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE BONUS S/100 + PRODUCTIVITY BONUS S/170 + GOAL ACHIEVEMENT BONUS S/100) \- 15 days of paid vacation \- Health insurance and pension system coverage \- Discounts on store products \- Complimentary beverage per shift \- Positive work environment – Central location \- Career progression opportunities \- Training programs Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
