Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to develop drawings and projects for steel and reinforced concrete structures, applying BIM methodologies and utilizing specialized software. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed development of 2D and 3D structural drawings 2. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Structure, Advance Steel, and Civil 3D 3. Knowledge of structural steel standards AISC and ASTM Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience. * Technical or university degree. * Technical drafting expertise in 2D and 3D structural detailing. * Availability to work in Ate (near Tagore bus stop). * Submission of a documented CV. Responsibilities: * DEVELOP DETAILED 2D STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS FOR STEEL AND REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES. * DEVELOP PROJECTS IN REVIT STRUCTURE, ADVANCE STEEL, AND CIVIL 3D USING BIM METHODOLOGY\- DEVELOP PROJECTS IN IFC VIEWERS AND NAVISWORKS. * OPERATE BIM SOFTWARE AT LOD 400 LEVEL. * PREPARE QUANTITIES FOR STEEL AND REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURAL PROJECTS. * GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND INSTRUMENTATION DRAWING DEVELOPMENT. * GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF EARTHWORK DRAWINGS, TOPOGRAPHY, POINT CLOUD SCANNING, ETC. * KNOWLEDGE OF STRUCTURAL STEEL STANDARDS AISC, ASTM (GAUGE, SPACING BETWEEN BOLTED CONNECTIONS, WELDING).
