Supervise high-altitude, electrical, and mechanical work. **Full Job Description** EPICOM S.A. is seeking an Operations Supervisor with proven experience in construction projects or project execution for **2 years**, to lead the implementation of the occupational safety and health system in the field, ensuring compliance with current regulations and promoting a preventive culture within the work team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct safety inductions for personnel / 5-minute safety talks * Verify mandatory use of **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)**. * Investigate and report **incidents and accidents** on site. * Propose corrective and preventive measures for unsafe conditions. * Supervise high-altitude work * Supervise electrical work * Supervise mechanical work * Complete ATS forms ✅ **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Risk Prevention, or related fields.** * **Minimum 2 years** of experience as PDR, SSOMA, or Industrial Engineer. * Knowledge of **Law No. 29783 – Occupational Safety and Health Law** and its regulations. * Availability for field work (60%) and office work (40%).
