Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Regional Supervisors in the security field, responsible for supervising security services, personnel, and systems, ensuring compliance and incident resolution. Being part of a growing company with a career path We are a Security and Prevention company, and therefore we are currently seeking Regional Supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under their charge; communication at all levels with clients. * Verification of compliance with security systems across each assigned unit; identification and resolution of unsafe situations. * Coverage of vacant positions or those left unfilled for various reasons. * Development of specific duties for each security position. * Preparation of service rosters for units. * Management of uniforms or equipment required for service. * Preparation of reports and/or incident logs. * Preparation of vehicle status reports for assigned mobility. **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree and/or technical degree from the Armed Forces, Air Force (FAP), or Navy. * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising security personnel in the same role. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Valid driver’s license: Class A1 (car) and/or BIIC (motorcycle). * Intermediate Office software skills. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to join a growing company offering career advancement paths.
