Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate to analyze processes, design flowcharts, and document requirements to support system optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Academic Background * **Majors:** Student in final cycles (7th to 10th) or recent graduate in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science. \[1, 2] Technical Skills (Hard Skills) * **Process modeling:** Proficiency in BPMN 2\.0 notation (mandatory). * **Diagramming tools:** Familiarity with Bizagi Modeler, Miro, Lucidchart, or Microsoft Visio. * **Methodologies:** Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall). * **Databases:** Basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOINs) to understand data origins within workflows. * **Systems analysis:** Understanding of basic architecture diagrams, UML, and use cases. * **Office software:** Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables and functions). \[1, 2, 3] Soft Skills * **Active listening:** Ability to interview users and understand their real pain points. * **Assertive communication:** Skill to translate technical language into business language and vice versa. * **Analytical ability:** Detail-oriented mindset to identify bottlenecks and redundancies. * **Proactivity:** Autonomy to propose improvements to current workflows. \[1] Main Responsibilities * **User interviews:** Meet with process owners to understand day-to-day operations. * **Flowchart design:** Diagram "As\-Is" (current state) processes and propose "To\-Be" (optimized future state) processes. * **Requirements documentation:** Draft process manuals, user stories, and input/output data matrices. * **Gap identification:** Detect manual tasks that could be automated by the development team. * **Testing support:** Validate that developed systems comply with the approved process flow.
