Position Summary: CB EBENEZER seeks committed Grade 1 primary school teachers dedicated to holistic education grounded in Christian principles. Key Highlights: 1. Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to professional competence, live out and reflect these values in their personal lives, as they form a fundamental part of our educational identity. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Plan and deliver Grade 1 classroom sessions according to CB EBENEZER’s pedagogical model, considering students’ individual needs. * Conduct face-to-face classes in an organized environment that fosters learning and holistic development for Grade 1 students. * Guide and support students in developing their cognitive, social, and emotional skills. * Propose and implement pedagogical improvements that contribute to achieving expected learning outcomes for this grade level. * Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with students' parents. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Experience teaching face-to-face classes in Grade 1 of primary school. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite and Internet). * Preferably residing in Independencia or nearby areas. * We deeply value faith and Christian principles; therefore, we seek professionals who practice and promote these values in their daily lives.
