Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader with solid software development experience to guide teams, define architectures, and ensure the technical quality of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support and resolve complex challenges We are looking for a Technical Leader who combines strong software development experience with the ability to guide teams, define architectures, and ensure the technical quality of projects. **Academic Qualifications:** \- Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Experience:** \- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development. \- Minimum 3 years serving as a **Technical Leader**. \- Experience leading development teams of **at least 5 professionals** with direct reporting lines. \- Experience participating in projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). Required Technical Skills: \- Backend development with C\# (.NET) and Python. \- Frontend development with React and Angular. \- Administration and development on Microsoft SQL Server (mandatory). \- Knowledge of transactional and non-transactional databases. \- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including: Azure App Services and Azure Functions. \- Repository management and version control using Git/GitLab. \- Proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and development principles (DDD, SOLID, and Clean Architecture). \- Knowledge of software quality assurance and control. \- Experience in code review (Code Review) and defining development standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Certifications in agile methodologies or software development. \- Experience with microservice-based architectures. \- Experience integrating REST APIs and cloud services. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. \- Experience implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Lead the development team technically and functionally. \- Oversee code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. \- Provide technical support to the team and resolve high-complexity challenges. **Work Mode and Benefits:** \- Hybrid mode (3 days onsite, 2 remote). \- Excellent working environment.
