Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant with experience in server and network configuration to maintain equipment, manage inventory, and provide comprehensive technological support to staff. Comprehensive technical support to users Peruvian company engaged in fuel sales is looking for: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical or university-level education in Information Technology or related fields qualifying the candidate for support functions. \- Experience in server configuration \- Experience in network solution configuration \- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical support specialist RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment \- Physical inventory control and control across all systems \- Configuration and registration of biometric time clocks for attendance tracking \- Configuration, cleaning, and ensuring proper maintenance of computing equipment and projectors \- Management of security cameras \- Prompt and effective assistance to all staff requesting support \- Compliance with organizational policies and core values \- Management and execution of network and telephony installation tasks (network equipment configuration, cabling installation, etc.) \- Supporting users in using Internet tools, office software, company-specific software, etc. \- Timely support and response to supervisor requests \- Promptly addressing and responding to user requests (via phone, chat, email, or helpdesk web portal) \- Maintaining all institutional technological resources in good condition and under proper control \- Preparation and documentation of technical support reports BENEFITS: \- Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits \- Career development path \- Market-competitive remuneration \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month (subject to evaluation) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience in this position?
