Technical training **ENEBRO INGENIERÍA SAC**, a company specialized in telecommunications solutions, electronic security, and technological infrastructure, is currently seeking a **Telecommunications Engineering Intern** or related field graduate to join our project team. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute installation and maintenance tasks for **structured cabling, video surveillance cameras, access control systems, and telecommunications equipment**. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Properly use assigned tools, measurement equipment, and PPE. * Timely report work progress through **photographic records and continuous communication with the supervisor**, including any incidents or difficulties encountered on-site. * Maintain order and proper care of assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Comply with work procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * When no field activities are scheduled, provide technical and operational support in the office/warehouse: material preparation, equipment inspection, tool organization, and other project-related tasks. **Requirements** * Technical graduate or degree holder in **Electronics, Telecommunications, Networks and Communications, Industrial Electricity, or related fields**. * Desirable experience of 6 months. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Ability to prepare basic reports. * Availability to work at various locations across Lima and occasionally in provinces. * Availability to work during scheduled hours according to project requirements. **Competencies We Seek** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Consistent communication with supervisor. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. * Orderliness and care for tools and materials. * Teamwork. * Ability to resolve basic on-site problems. * Commitment to safety and work quality. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration (payroll inclusion). * Performance-based bonus. * Technical training. * Participation in telecommunications and electronic security projects. * Learning opportunity and career path within a growing company. **Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
