Join us and together, let’s conquer the skies! **Job Summary** The Telephone Operator is responsible for receiving bus service requests. **Key Duties:** * Receive bus service requests submitted by customers. * Provide efficient customer service and support. * Enter request information and verify bus availability after coordination with the Bus Coordinator. * Resolve customer complaints. * Communicate and monitor scheduled bus services. * Ensure accurate recordkeeping of bus service information. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Station’s QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under their responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards. **Candidate Profile:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative or customer service roles. * Availability to work rotating shifts under a 4x2 schedule. * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration or related fields. * Residence in areas near Jorge Chavez International Airport. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment from Day 1, including all statutory benefits. * 80% food allowance coverage. * Food card.
