They will lead the Sales Representatives team through coaching, ride-alongs, performance tracking, and ongoing training. They will be responsible for implementing commercial projects, ensuring operational standards, strengthening relationships with strategic partners, and maximizing the region’s commercial potential through results-oriented action plans and sustainable productivity. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the Sales Representatives team to ensure achievement of commercial objectives and sustainable regional growth. * Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions to strengthen commercial capabilities and improve team performance. * Supervise the correct implementation of projects, processes, and operational standards defined by PayJoy. * Analyze commercial KPIs and generate action plans focused on productivity, coverage, and execution quality. * Ensure continuous training on tools, processes, and commercial best practices. * Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and key stores to ensure business growth and stability. * Identify opportunities for territorial expansion and development of new points of sale. * Ensure appropriate use of technological tools, CRM, and commercial reporting for efficient territory management. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading field commercial teams. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods, telecommunications, technology, retail, fintech, or traditional channels. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. * Knowledge of commercial analysis, KPIs, point-of-sale execution, and territory management. * Experience conducting ride-alongs and commercial coaching. * Leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Strong results orientation and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Desired experience managing commercial projects and digital tools. * Willingness to travel frequently within the Central region. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools. * Prior experience in fintech or commercial technology companies. * Familiarity with coaching methodologies and team development. * Experience working with multicultural teams or regional structures. ### **Benefits** * Health insurance for employee and immediate family members. * Funding for phone, headphones, home office equipment, and wellness benefits. * 30 days of vacation * $2,000 USD annual benefit for Co\-working travel * $2,000 USD annual benefit for professional development. **PayJoy Principles** At PayJoy, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
