Position Summary: We are seeking a Transit Warehouse Assistant for a textile company, responsible for dispatching and receiving goods, verifying procedures, and managing movements in the system. Proficiency in Excel and technical specification sheets We are a textile company exporting apparel and are currently looking for a **TRANSIT WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** for **San Juan de Lurigancho**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Dispatch goods from production areas destined for external workshops. · Follow established procedures prior to shipment, including verification of technical specification sheets, confirmation that all accessories and components, templates, samples, etc., are complete according to the process, as well as recommendations outlined in a memo issued by Quality and Development. · Receive goods arriving from external workshops, ensuring adherence to established procedures: attaching the approved service audit sheet, counting received garments, and labeling bags with customer name, style, and quantity received. · Receive service orders from Logistics timely, as required by the transit warehouse. · Any dispatch or receipt failing to comply with procedures will result in garment immobilization until all required information is completed. · Report irregularities in both dispatch and receipt of garments to the immediate supervisor via the TRANSIT WAREHOUSE WhatsApp group. · Enter into the system all receipt and dispatch movements of goods originating from external services. · Prepare dispatch guides for various workshops. · Archive technical specification sheets for future reference regarding dispatched goods. · Report shortages in garment quantities to determine responsibility. · Coordinate with production departments regarding goods shipments and arrivals. · Other duties delegated by the Production Manager or General Management. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed secondary education; · Over 1 year of experience in similar positions. · Knowledge of garment production processes · Preferably experience in garment counting · Experience using Excel **OFFERED:** · Contract effective from day one · PEN 1500 for 8 hours · Pleasant working environment **COMPETENCIES:** * Dynamism and organization * Sense of urgency * Punctuality * Discipline * Judgment * Responsibility * Teamwork Salary: Up to PEN 1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
