Ongoing training and growth opportunities **Job Description** We are currently looking for an experienced and committed **Thermal Insulation Operator/Technician**, eager to join a strong team and participate in major industrial projects. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, dismantling, and cladding of thermal insulation systems, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with technical specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** \-Installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of thermal insulation systems. \-Assembly of multidirectional scaffolding. \-Cladding of pipes, boilers, tanks, storage vessels, and industrial equipment. \-Handling and installation of insulating materials and metallic claddings. \-Strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and work procedures. \-Coordinated work with the operational team to fulfill assigned projects. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education (mandatory). Residence in Lima (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience as a Thermal Insulation Operator/Technician or in similar roles. Knowledge of installing insulating materials and industrial claddings. Availability to perform work at heights and in confined spaces, as required by the project. Responsibility, commitment, punctuality, and teamwork. **We Offer:** Job stability.
