Maintains equipment and workplace in order, reporting anomalies. **Job Description** A construction company seeks to hire a Topographic Technician \- Huaura. **Requirements** * Graduate in Topography. * Topography training courses. * Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction projects. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Perform calculations and graphical representations of topographic measurements. * Identify suitable survey points for conducting topographic surveys. * Carry out land leveling and topographic measurements. * Prepare drawings of topographic surveys. * Conduct topographic surveys, layout of construction works, and engineering projects. * Measure spaces and assist in land alignment. * Maintain equipment and workplace in order, reporting any anomalies. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** * Commitment * Analytical Ability * Teamwork * Proactivity * Confidentiality Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Benefits under the Civil Construction Regime.
