Job Summary: We are seeking a Transport and Distribution Supervisor with experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising transport operations and fleet management. Key Highlights: 1. KPI analysis and incident resolution We are currently looking for a Transport and Distribution Supervisor for our office in San Martín de Porres, with experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising transport operations. REQUIREMENTS: **Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Transport Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.** Specialized courses in Fleet Management, Logistics and Operations, or Occupational Health and Safety. Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics. At least 2 years in Supervisory, Leadership, or Senior Coordination roles, directly managing operational staff (drivers). Experience in managing and controlling land-based transport fleets, including route scheduling and vehicle assignment. Experience in analyzing and monitoring transport performance indicators (KPIs) (cost per route, fuel consumption, efficiency, delivery times). Experience in resolving operational incidents in real time and communicating directly with customers. Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and GPS monitoring platforms. Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and report generation. Proficiency in transport management platforms (TMS, SAP, Advanced Excel, Power BI) and satellite monitoring tools. Knowledge of route optimization and logistical planning. Expertise in developing and analyzing management indicators (KPIs) and performance reports.
