Job Summary: We are seeking multifunctional hostesses/waiters/cashiers with customer service experience to join our fast-food team, focused on courteous service and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. A LA GLORIA JUGOS Y SANDWICHES, A FAST-FOOD COMPANY, IS SEEKING HOSTESSES/WAITERS/CASHIERS ON A FULL-TIME BASIS, SHIFT AM (8am\-5pm) * Experience in customer service at fast-food restaurants, cafes, or bars. * Good customer interaction and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work in a team. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Immediate availability. * Multifunctional role required. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Greet customers courteously** and guide them to their assigned table. * **Present the menu** and provide recommendations if required. * **Accurately take orders** (manually or via system) and coordinate with kitchen and bar. * **Verify that orders are complete and correct** before delivery. * **Remain attentive to customers' needs** during their visit (additional orders, modifications, etc.). * **Discreetly and cleanly remove used plates and utensils.** * **Process customer payments** if assigned (e.g., direct POS or invoice handling). * **Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area** (tables, chairs, service stations). * **Assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area** at the start and end of shift. * **Report customer complaints, incidents, or suggestions to supervisors.** * **Comply with biosafety and food hygiene protocols.** * **Willingness to learn other areas (juices and cashiering)** BENEFITS: * Positive work environment. * Dinner or lunch provided during shift. * Bonus for achieving performance targets.
