Job Summary: A prominent bakery company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant with expertise in food products and quality management, responsible for leading processes and ensuring optimal product delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the quality assurance system 2. Organize merchandise (FIFO system) 3. Receive and inspect merchandise with its corresponding documentation A leading bakery products company is seeking a Warehouse Assistant with experience in food products and bakery-related items (e.g., gelatin powders, flan, flour) who wishes to grow professionally and financially. Responsibilities: **Assign tasks to warehouse staff under your supervision.** Implement quality processes and plans for your area and for products. **Lead the quality assurance system, ensuring optimal product delivery.** Responsible for conformity and non-conformity issues. **Organize merchandise (FIFO system).** Conduct inventory and Kardex reviews. **Receive and inspect merchandise entering and leaving the warehouse with its corresponding documentation.** Prepare and update layout plans. **Document outgoing merchandise delivery notes, credit notes, etc.** Requirements: (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS) **Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (experience working in food warehouses required).** Higher education or technical studies in Quality and Environmental Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or related disciplines. **Health Certificate.** Must reside in areas adjacent to El Agustino. **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — Intermediate user level.** Our location lies between Lima Cercado and El Agustino (reference: next to Unicón company).
