Job Summary: This position focuses on product order preparation, packing, and shipment management, as well as assistance with inventory and warehouse organization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of a clean and safe workplace \- Contract under service fee receipt \- 45-minute meal break \- "The company may grant bonuses or financial incentives on certain dates of the year (e.g., Independence Day or Christmas), at its sole discretion and not as a permanent labor benefit." \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:20 AM to 6:00 PM \- Saturdays, 8:20 AM to 1:30 PM \- No work on holidays RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Order Preparation: Identify, locate, and collect products requested in sales orders, ensuring correct item and quantity. \- Pack products using appropriate materials to ensure protection during transit, optimizing space and meeting presentation standards. \- Generate and affix shipping labels, waybills, and safety tags according to destination. \- Transport and manage physical delivery of packages to corresponding courier agencies, ensuring receipt of shipping charges. \- Assist in unloading, verification, and transfer of goods arriving from customs, reporting any visible anomalies or damage to packages. \- Support cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches system records. \- Unload incoming goods, sort them, and place them orderly and safely on designated shelves. \- Maintain the workplace (warehouse and packing area) clean, organized, and free of obstructions. Comply with occupational safety and health regulations, especially regarding lifting of loads.
