Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory recording, control, and supervision, coordinating logistics processes and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive inventory management and storage optimization. 2. Supervision of picking, packaging, and shipping processes. 3. Interdepartmental collaboration and preparation of operational reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** Age between 25 and 35 years. Male candidates only. Minimum 1 year of experience in the requested area. Responsibility and sound judgment at all levels. Vocation and experience in resolving critical situations. Bachelor's degree in Administration and/or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge of handling and issuing Guides, Invoices, and other administrative documents (Mandatory). Experience working with logistics personnel from different companies and/or end customers. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Starsoft knowledge (not mandatory). Residence in districts adjacent to Lince. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** Ensure proper inventory registration, updating, and control using the Starsoft system. Maintain an organized storage system that facilitates rapid product access while optimizing available space. Supervise and coordinate the picking, packaging, and shipping processes, ensuring order accuracy and on-time delivery. Ensure stored products comply with established quality standards and coordinate periodic inspections. Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, incidents, goods receipts and dispatches, and other operational metrics. Support the Production Department. Generate and validate work plans and programs. Design and maintain contingency plans for delivery or installation service disruptions. Participate in company-organized meetings regarding sales, administrative, and other topics. Coordinate with Operations Managers, drivers, and sales representatives on product delivery or service provision aspects. Coordinate with Operations Managers, warehouse staff from other branches, and Sales Representatives regarding the delivery of marketed products. Issue waybills, outgoing guides, and inter-warehouse transfers upon request from Warehouse Managers. Develop the annual procurement schedule for warehouse replenishment in coordination with the Sales Management and/or Product Managers. Supervise established inventory stock levels for goods and services and keep record systems updated.
