At **Decore Peru E.I.R.L.**, a company specializing in remodeling, construction, and finishing works, we are looking for an **Architect/Interior Designer** with a commercial profile and focus on closing sales for residential and commercial projects in Lima. We seek a creative, proactive professional skilled at connecting with clients, developing attractive design proposals, and closing comprehensive remodeling project sales. **Main Responsibilities:** * Client reception, technical and commercial consulting for prospects interested in remodeling. * Development of interior design proposals, space planning, selection of finishes, layout drawings, and 3D renders. * Presentation and justification of design proposals and quotations to clients. * Support in commercially closing remodeling/construction projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or licensed professional in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in interior design, remodeling, and sales/customer service. * Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, or similar). * Excellent communication skills, commercial orientation, and client-focused mindset. * Opportunity to actively contribute to the company’s growth and advance professionally. **MANDATORY:** Submit CV via WhatsApp **982570273** Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Preferably residing in San Juan de Lurigancho - Jicamarca Experience: * Budgeting and remodeling: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
