Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to design and lay out architectural drawings, coordinate documentation packages with partners and clients, and support compatibility assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural drawing and layout design 2. Coordination and compilation of documentation packages 3. Regulatory knowledge in project development and the National Building Regulation (RNE) Responsibilities: Design and lay out the architectural drawings required for each project. Supervise assistants to support drawing and layout design. Coordinate with partner companies for compiling documentation packages. Conduct regulatory-level review of documentation packages. Compile documentation packages. Support compatibility processes according to established procedures. Carry out tasks specified in the company's operational processes. Coordinate with clients for documentation package preparation. Requirements: Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office and advanced AutoCAD skills. Regulatory knowledge in project development, urban planning parameters, and the National Building Regulation (RNE). Technical knowledge in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, preparing architectural site plans, handling DWG files, and basic technical coordination. Knowledge of administrative documentation for municipal submission of documentation packages. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
