We are a company dedicated to delivering **architectural projects including renovations, design, execution, and general services**, providing **quality, expert advice, and personalized attention** at every stage of each project. **Main Responsibilities** · Supervise staff/contractors to address observations raised on each completed construction site. · Draft plans for renovation work. · Design spaces according to requirements. · Proficiency in 3D software. · Develop plans for Civil Defense inspection and operating license approval. · Coordinate facility-related works. · Support coordination with the office and logistics department for material procurement and receipt. · Design spaces according to requirements. · Ability to work under pressure and resolve on-site contingencies. · Strong communication and coordination skills with clients. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Completed university degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years. * **Competencies:** Negotiation, assertive communication, strong problem-solving ability, and service orientation. **Benefits** * **Compensation:** Competitive market-aligned salary. * **Growth:** Real career path and professional development opportunities. * **Training:** Continuous training on new construction materials and service techniques. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.
