HERGON SA Group, a construction-sector company specializing in the execution of private and public projects under the Tax-for-Works (OxI) program, is seeking a professional for the position of **ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN ASSISTANT**. **Essential Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Architecture. \- Minimum 2 years of experience preparing technical files for buildings such as schools, educational institutions, etc. \- Proficiency in Revit (intermediate level) and AutoCAD 2D. \- Proven experience in technical review of drawings and efficient management of deliverables. \- Solid knowledge of MINEDU regulations and the National Building Regulation (RNE). \- Immediate availability **Main Responsibilities:** \- Lead the comprehensive production of drawings and technical files in Revit, ensuring compliance with MINEDU and RNE regulations. \- Determine independent design criteria and architectural solutions to guarantee project functionality and technical coherence. \- Supervise and assign tasks to the technical team, performing quality control and recording observations. \- Coordinate integration across specialties and manage deliverables, reporting progress and compliance risks to the coordinator.
