Job Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Technical Assistant to develop and update drawings, 3D modeling, architectural renders, and support project documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support with building permits and municipal procedures. **Fabcon Group – Consulting \& Construction** is looking to incorporate an **Architectural Technical Assistant**, targeting final-year architecture students or recent architecture graduates seeking to strengthen their professional experience through participation in real projects. Main Responsibilities * Development, modification, and updating of **architectural drawings**. * 3D modeling of projects in **Archicad**, an essential tool for this position. * Creation and editing of drawings in **AutoCAD**. * Development of **3D models and architectural renders** for project presentations. * Support in developing preliminary designs, architectural projects, and technical documentation. * Organization and updating of graphic files and project documentation. * Support in preparing documentation for **building permits and municipal procedures**. * Tracking of files and processes related to permits. * Remote coordination with the team to meet deliverables and deadlines. Candidate Profile Final-year student, graduate, or bachelor's degree holder in **Architecture**, with interest in gaining practical experience in comprehensive project development. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in **Archicad – mandatory**. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Ability to develop and represent architectural drawings. * Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering. * Basic knowledge of the **National Building Regulations (RNE)** and permitting processes is desirable. * Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines. * Ability to work independently and coordinate virtually.
