Job Summary: Develop and maintain architectural drawings and 3D models, coordinating with teams to ensure accurate graphical representation and documentation of projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of architectural drawing proposals for new projects. 2. Preparation of 2D drawings and 3D models using specialized software. 3. Coordination with teams to resolve comments on drawings. * Prepare, update, and modify architectural drawings in **AutoCAD**, according to project requirements. * Produce and maintain updated **As-Built drawings**, incorporating modifications executed on-site. * Conduct field surveys and transfer data to digital drawings, verifying measurements, spatial layouts, and existing conditions. * Develop **architectural drawing proposals** for new projects, expansions, renovations, and space adaptations. * Prepare 2D drawings and **three-dimensional (3D) models** using architectural design and modeling software. * Draft floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and other graphical documentation required for projects. * Present design alternatives and proposals aligned with project needs and instructions from the responsible department. * Review and correct drawings to ensure accurate graphical representation, dimensions, scales, annotations, and nomenclature. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, supervisors, and site personnel to incorporate modifications and resolve drawing comments. * Organize and maintain an up-to-date digital archive of drawings and technical documentation. * Support the preparation of quantity take-offs, details, and graphical documentation as required. * Perform printing, deliverables, and presentation of drawings according to company-established formats and standards. * Use design and modeling tools such as **AutoCAD and 3D software**, as required by the project. * Other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
