Candidate Profile * University graduate in Accounting or final-cycle student (mandatory). **Applications from other disciplines will not be considered.** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in accounting, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or related companies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience using **accounting ERP systems**. * Up-to-date knowledge of **IFRS, tax regulations, and current accounting legislation**. * Analytical, organized, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented individual. Main Responsibilities * Participate in the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly and annual Financial Statements. * Record, review, and validate accounting entries, ensuring the reliability of financial information. * Analyze accounting accounts and perform reconciliations. * Provide support during financial and tax closing processes. * Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting processes and propose optimization initiatives. * Support strengthening of internal controls. * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
