Job Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Assistant to develop drawings, take-offs, and support supervision and coordination of fabrication and installation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training Architectural Assistant required Ferrinox Fabricaciones S.A.C., a company specialized in the fabrication and installation of stainless steel furniture, metal carpentry, steel structures, and special projects, is looking for an Architectural Assistant to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation, modification, and review of AutoCAD drawings. * Development of fabrication drawings and construction details. * Preparation of material take-offs and quantification. * Field data collection when required. * Support in project supervision and monitoring. * Coordination with production, clients, and suppliers. * Preparation of quotations and budgets. * Support in preparation of technical files. * Monitoring of schedules and construction progress. * Document control and preparation of technical reports. * Participation in project coordination meetings. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or final-year student in Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings. * Familiarity with SketchUp, Inventor, or other 3D modeling software is desirable. * Experience in metalworking, stainless steel, or construction is desirable. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proactivity, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
