Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant to transform projects into engaging content that builds trust and generates business opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a creative, dynamic, and proactive **Marketing Assistant** who enjoys creating, filming, editing, and presenting our projects, works, and services in an attractive way. We want someone capable of transforming our work into **content that builds trust, strengthens positioning, and creates new business opportunities**. **Requirements** * Graduate in **Marketing, Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields**. * **1–2 years** of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and/or social media management. * Demonstrable experience in **video recording and editing**. * Proficiency in **CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools**. * Proficiency in **Canva** and design tools. * Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling copy and content. * Familiarity with digital trends and formats. * Availability to work **full-time**. * **Residence in Cusco.** * Availability to attend construction sites, projects, deliveries, and events to produce content. * Availability for weekly coordination meetings. * **Portfolio of previous work is mandatory.** **Main Responsibilities** * Create, film, and edit photos and videos for social media. * Produce content covering **project progress updates, processes, completed projects, deliveries, and client testimonials**. * Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, and corporate content. * Manage and keep the company’s social media accounts updated. * Develop and execute the monthly content calendar. * Write copy, design graphic assets, and produce audiovisual material. * Identify trends and propose new content ideas. * Support digital campaigns and initiatives aimed at generating inquiries and business opportunities. * Conduct basic tracking of publication metrics and performance results. * Coordinate with various departments to gather project information and content. **We Are Looking For** A creative, organized, proactive individual with strong visual judgment and the ability to perform effectively both in-office and on-site. Someone who proactively proposes ideas rather than waiting solely for instructions to create content. We especially value candidates interested in **construction, engineering, architecture, real estate, or project-based industries**.
