Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Java Backend Developer with Spring Boot experience for a banking project, focused on backend service and microservice development using agile methodologies. We are currently seeking a Junior Java Backend Developer with Spring Boot and backend development experience to join a banking-sector project. We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of Java 8/11, continuous integration practices, and experience working under agile methodologies. This position offers a **Hybrid** work modality in Lima, Peru, involving interaction within dynamic technical environments. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot. * Participate in the design and implementation of microservices. * Collaborate on integrations with other systems and APIs. * Apply best development practices and design patterns. * Work under agile methodologies such as Scrum. * Participate in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) processes. * Manage source code and collaborate using version control tools. * Support incident resolution and continuous system improvement. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of backend development experience with Java. * Knowledge of Java 8 and/or 11\. * Experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot). * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum). * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, or Bitbucket. * Knowledge of source code management and collaborative development. * Basic English proficiency. #### **We Offer** * Full statutory payroll and benefits * 100% covered private health insurance * Birthday leave day * Attractive corporate benefits program * Dynamic work environment * Professional growth opportunities * Competitive salary * Remote / hybrid work options depending on the project \#LI\-PA1
