Accurately and systematically manage the billing processes of a Law Firm, ensuring proper issuance of invoices and accounts control.

**Job Objective:**
Accurately, promptly, and systematically manage the billing processes for our client—a Law Firm—ensuring correct invoice issuance, accounts receivable control, and administrative support related to client and case management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes in accordance with Peruvian regulations.
* Verify correct application of rates, billable hours, fee arrangements, withholdings, and deductions, where applicable.
* Coordinate with the firm’s lawyers to validate billable hours, milestones, and amounts.
* Enter billing data into the internal system and client portals.
* Prepare basic accounts receivable reports and payment tracking.
* Review consistency between billing and service orders.
* Support the accounting department during monthly closings related to billing.
* Maintain updated digital archives of invoices, contracts, and client communications.
* Coordinate with clients on documentary support matters: certifications, purchase orders, RUC, tax information, etc.
* Assist in internal or external audits related to the billing process.
* Perform any other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.
**Candidate Profile:**
* Technical or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
* 1 year of experience in billing or accounting roles.
* Preferred: Prior experience in law firms (minimum 6 months required).
**Technical Competencies:**
* Basic knowledge of tax regulations: IGV, credit notes, withholdings, deductions.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (filters, basic formulas, simple tables).
* Familiarity with supplier portals (preferred).

* Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Proactivity in coordinating with lawyers and internal departments.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple clients.
