Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the BIM department for a hospital project, providing support in MEP coordination and managing discipline-specific BIM models. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the BIM department for a hospital project 2. Manage and coordinate BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems 3. Ensure compliance with BIM standards At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are looking for a **BIM COORDINATOR** to join our team on a project located in **RECUAY – ÁNCASH**. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree, professional title, or technical diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Architecture. * Experience in BIM management applied to sanitary and/or electrical installations. * Experience in hospital projects. * Knowledge of interior installations. * Proficiency in Revit, Revizto, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office. * Experience in MEP coordination using BIM methodology. * Minimum 2 years of advanced Revit experience. * Experience with families, templates, and As-Built drawings. * Knowledge of Sketch drawings, layout surveys, and BIM quantity takeoffs. * Experience in cost estimation of modeled elements and interference reporting. * Willingness to work in the province of Recuay, Áncash. Responsibilities: * Lead the BIM department for the hospital project in Recuay – Áncash. * Support the Site Manager in MEP coordination. * Manage and coordinate BIM models for electrical and sanitary installations. * Monitor and control BIM modeling activities for the project. * Coordinate integration and review of disciplines using BIM tools. * Ensure compliance with the project’s established BIM standards. **Location:** Recuay, Áncash **Salary:** S/.5,000.00 – S/.5,500.00 per month + performance bonus **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM *(24/7 work rhythm)* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000.00 – S/.5,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience with Revit, Revizto, AutoCAD, and Navisworks? * Do you have experience in MEP coordination using BIM methodology? * Do you have advanced Revit experience (families, templates, and As-Built drawings)? * What is your expected salary? * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you have experience in hospital projects? * Do you have at least 1 year of experience in BIM management applied to electrical and/or sanitary installations?
