Position Summary: Arquidecor Contratistas is seeking a proactive and well-organized professional to supervise construction projects, renovations, and implementations, coordinating projects and managing teams. Professional training and development **Supervision of Construction Projects, Renovations, and Implementations** **Arquidecor Contratistas** is a company specialized in comprehensive renovations, office, residential, and commercial space implementation, as well as the marketing and installation of decorative products. We are currently seeking a proactive, well-organized, and client-oriented professional to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** \* Preparation of budgets and quotations. \* Material cost estimation and price analysis. \* Development and monitoring of construction schedules. \* Procurement and coordination of materials with suppliers. \* On-site work supervision and coordination with contractors and installers. \* Management and supervision of operational staff. \* Client support and consultation throughout project execution. \* Ongoing coordination with management to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. **Requirements** \* Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture. \* Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in renovations, finishing works, or office and residential implementation. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. \* Knowledge of MS Project or other planning tools is desirable. \* Ability to prepare budgets and control costs. \* Strong communication skills and excellent client interaction abilities. \* Leadership capability to manage on-site personnel. \* Organized, responsible, punctual, and proactive individual. \* Professional appearance and demeanor. \* Willingness to travel to various project sites across Lima. \* Preference for candidates residing in Ate, Santa Anita, La Molina, San Luis, San Borja, Surco, El Agustino, or nearby districts to our office located at Av. Separadora Industrial 1006, Urb.
