Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Administrator for a multifamily real estate project, responsible for managing administrative processes, resources, personnel, and subcontractors. Administrative support to the Resident Engineer and site staff WE ARE HIRING A CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR! At VITA IN, we are looking to hire a Construction Administrator for our multifamily real estate project. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Professional in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project administration. * Proven experience in multifamily projects. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of personnel management, subcontractor management, and construction administration. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Manage administrative processes and resources on site. * Monitor attendance, documentation, and personnel requirements. * Review and validate subcontractors' employment documentation, verifying compliance with established requirements for site access and continued presence. * Maintain up-to-date document control for both internal staff and third-party personnel. * Coordinate administrative documentation for suppliers and subcontractors. * Provide administrative support to the Resident Engineer and site staff.
