Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Consultant for customer service and system support, developing solutions and ensuring information security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and product support (Accounting Software, Commercial Software, etc.) 2. Analysis of system observations and incident tracking 3. Development of quick-solution materials and knowledge transfer We are looking for an Accounting Consultant **Profile**: * Technical or university degree in Accounting; candidates must have completed their studies or be in the final cycles of technical or university programs. * 2 years of experience in accounting. **Knowledge**: * Experience in customer service. * Basic knowledge of Accounting, Invoicing, and Payroll. * Computer literacy. * Familiarity with the CONTASISCORP system. * Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Basic English proficiency. **Competencies**: * Customer orientation (internal and/or external). * Teamwork. * Commitment. * Communication. * Results orientation. **Responsibilities**: * Providing customer service via our Dr. Contasiscorp support platform, online chat for inquiries and guidance regarding our products (Accounting Software, Commercial Software, Electronic Invoicing, Payroll and Fixed Assets), telephone consultations, virtual or in-person sessions. * Reporting system issues to the Software Factory via JIRA and email. * Analyzing system observations and tracking incidents with the Software Factory until resolution. * Developing Quick-Solution materials to update the Dr. Contasiscorp FAQ and transferring knowledge to other team members. * Ensuring compliance with internal and external information security policies to properly perform job duties. **Work Modality**: * 100% remote, Monday to Friday. * Competitive market-based salary (formal payroll or RHE).
