Job Summary: We are seeking a Database Operator to ensure the availability, stability, and continuous improvement of core systems, proactively resolving Level 3 incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for technological growth We are searching for top talent to assume the position of **DATABASE OPERATOR**, whose primary responsibility will be to guarantee the availability, stability, and continuous improvement of the organization's core systems (XHIS, HCIS, ERP, and their integrations), resolving Level 3 incidents with technical judgment, maintaining effective communication with users and vendors, and demonstrating a proactive, process-oriented problem-solving attitude. **Requirements:** · Technically certified professional or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience supporting core systems, healthcare IT systems, or ERP systems. · Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle; stored procedures, query optimization, and log analysis. · Knowledge of Windows Server operating system (basic administration, service and event management) and Linux (commands, logs, services). · Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, etc. · Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, application ports; diagnostics using basic tools (PING, NETSTAT, TRACERT). · Experience with HIS/ERP systems, XHIS, HCIS, XRIS, or other hospital environment systems. · Availability to work onsite in NORTH LIMA / CENTRAL LIMA from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. **Responsibilities:** · Manage Level 3 incidents\. · Escalation and communication with vendors · Creation and modification of forms · Monitoring and maintenance of systems and servers. · Perform application updates and version deployments. **Benefits:** · Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime starting on Day 1. · Competitive market-aligned salary. · Statutory Life Insurance and SCTR. · Ongoing training · Career path opportunities and technological growth.
