High level of detail and perfectionism in finishes We are seeking a qualified, responsible technician with a proactive attitude for the comprehensive execution of architectural drywall system tasks on site. **Work Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho (at the intersection of Av. Lurigancho and Av. Portada Del Sol) **Start Date:** Wednesday, September 02 POSITIONS REQUIRED: **1\. DRYWALL OPERATOR \- MASTER** We seek a specialist with superior expertise (master level). Your finishing quality and speed must be impeccable, serving as the technical reference during execution. * **Compensation:** **S/ 3600** net per month. * **Required Profile:** * Minimum proven experience of 3 to 4 years as a specialist operator. * Complete mastery of the drywall system, assembly of complex structures, and ceiling leveling. * High level of detail and perfectionism in finishes. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution of high-precision and complex tasks, such as curved soffits for height differences and trim bands for rollers. * Expert installation of drywall ceilings using 12\.7mm panels on both sides and lintel framing. * Performing flawless joint compound finishing on suspended ceilings and panel joints to ensure a paint-ready surface. BENEFITS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS For all positions, the company offers and establishes the following conditions: * **Timely payments, biweekly and end-of-month:** Payment is made one day after timesheet closure. * **Availability:** Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours (overtime) when required for specific project needs; overtime pay is provided. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays: 7:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. * Immediate availability is required Salary: S/.3,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
