Electrical and Sanitary Engineer Specializing in Multi-family Buildings **Company:** Santander Grupo Constructor **Location:** Lima, Peru **Contract Type:** Project-based / Service Provision **Work Mode:** Remote or Hybrid (to be coordinated according to project progress) **Job Description:** At **Santander Grupo Constructor**, we are seeking an **Electrical and Sanitary Engineer** with proven experience in the comprehensive development of installations for **Medium- to Large-scale Multi-family Projects**. The professional will be responsible for the **design, calculation, modeling, and full development of electrical, sanitary, and mechanical installations** for the building—from the Preliminary Design stage through to the final preparation of the Technical File—ensuring compliance with the **National Building Regulation (RNE)** and all applicable regulations required for obtaining the **building permit**. This position requires **continuous coordination with the Project Architect and other technical specialties**, guaranteeing technical, functional, and regulatory compatibility across all disciplines. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensively design and develop electrical, sanitary, and mechanical installations** for Multi-family Buildings, applying technical, safety, and efficiency criteria. * Prepare the **complete Technical File** for these specialties (drawings, descriptive reports, calculations, load schedules, technical specifications, and detailed drawings), in accordance with the RNE and municipal regulations. * **Perform electrical calculations** (feeders, distribution panels, circuits, grounding systems, lighting, outlets, intercom systems, telecommunications, and special systems). * **Design internal and external sanitary networks** for the building (cold water, hot water, wastewater, ventilation, and connections to public utility networks). * **Design and calculate pumping systems, cisterns, elevated tanks, and water pressure systems**, ensuring proper integration with architectural design. * **Propose technically sound and efficient solutions** in response to site constraints or regulatory requirements, in coordination with the Project Architect. * **Coordinate installation drawings** with architecture, structural engineering, and other specialties, resolving interferences and technical conflicts. * Supervise accurate **2D and 3D coordination** of the project in AutoCAD or Revit, ensuring drawing precision and constructability. * **Actively participate in technical meetings** for reviewing and validating Technical File deliverables. * Provide **technical support during municipal review** and address observations until issuance of the building permit. * Ensure projects comply with standards for **energy efficiency, electrical safety, hydraulic safety, and sustainability.** **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Electrical Engineer or Sanitary Engineer, duly certified. * Minimum **2 years of documented experience** developing installations for Multi-family or Mixed-use Projects. * Demonstrable experience in **preparing Technical Files for building permits.** * Up-to-date knowledge of the **National Building Regulation (RNE)**, **National Electrical Code**, OSINERGMIN standards, and municipal regulations. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Excel**, **DIALux**, **Hydrocalc** (or equivalent hydraulic calculation software), and modeling/coordination tools (Revit MEP preferred). * Ability to work collaboratively, coordinate across disciplines, and focus on results. * **Willingness to work on-site in Tacna** during critical phases including coordination, site surveys, and Technical File submission. **Benefits:** * Participation in an **8-story Multi-family Project**, with potential continuity in future real estate developments. * Collaboration with a high-caliber, multidisciplinary technical team. * Professional development opportunities within a solid, nationally expanding company. * Flexible work arrangements (on-site or hybrid, depending on project phase). **Ready to take on this technical challenge?** Please send your **updated CV and portfolio of relevant projects (drawings or technical files)** to: **joel.acorda.1402@gmail.com** Subject: *Electrical and Sanitary Engineer – Multi-family Projects* Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from PEN 3,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
