Continuous training in floral art **Available Position:** Florist Assistant and Gift Assembler **Job Description:** We seek talented individuals passionate about flowers and details to join our team in creating floral arrangements and assembling gifts. We value initiative, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. **Responsibilities:** * Create floral arrangements and assemble gifts. * Care for and ensure flower quality. * Clean and organize supplies. * Coordinate flower deliveries to the store. * Support gift assemblers in the workshop. * Assist with product dispatch. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Initiative and ability to collaborate effectively in a team. * Manual dexterity and creativity. * Experience in gift shops or florist shops (not mandatory). * Availability to work full-time on a rotating schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in San Isidro. **We Offer:** * Salary starting at S/.1,130\.00 per month. * Collaborative and creative work environment. * Growth opportunities and career path. * Continuous training in floral art. **Application Deadline:** 06/09/2026 If you love flowers, possess manual skills, and seek an environment where your creativity can flourish — we look forward to your application!
