Positive work environment and meal support. **Join our team!** An agro-industrial company specializing in fresh mango exports is seeking **committed, responsible professionals and technicians with experience in the agro-export sector**, to fill the following positions at its packing plant located in Casma \- Ancash. **Dispatch Manager** **Mission:** Ensure timely dispatch of fresh fruit according to established quality, quantity, and deadline standards, guaranteeing traceability and accurate documentation for air and maritime shipments of fresh mango. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technician or graduate in **Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.** Minimum 2 years’ experience in dispatch or logistics within agro-industrial plants. Knowledge of air and maritime export documentation. Ability to coordinate with production, quality, and transportation departments. **2\. Production Assistant** **Mission:** Provide administrative and operational support in executing packing processes, ensuring achievement of production targets and established quality standards. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technician or graduate in **Industrial Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related fields.** Experience in fruit or fresh produce packing plants, preferably fresh mango. Recording and monitoring of production data. Coordination ability with related departments and process control. **3\. Human Resources Assistant** **Mission:** Support administrative HR management, ensuring accurate personnel records, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and compliance with labor regulations. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technician or graduate in **Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.** Minimum 1 year’s experience in HR within companies in this sector. Knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, and labor regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interpersonal skills. **4\. Warehouse Assistant** **Mission:** Ensure timely control and recording of material, input, and finished product movements, maintaining inventory accuracy through use of the Nisira ERP system. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technician or graduate in **Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.** Minimum 2 years’ experience in agro-industrial warehousing.
