Job stability **REGISTERED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT** **Location:** Lurín – Lima **Position Objective** Lead the company's accounting and financial management, ensuring reliable and timely economic information for decision-making, proper tax and financial compliance, as well as planning and control of the organization's financial resources. **Requirements** * Registered Public Accountant with solid experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, construction, or project-based companies. * Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial positions. * Proven experience in preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial statements. * Strong knowledge of tax, accounting, labor, and financial matters. * Experience in accounting closings, tax filings, audits, and responding to tax inspections. * Proficiency in accounting systems, ERP platforms, and financial management tools. * Advanced Excel skills and ability to develop management reports and KPIs. * Experience in cost control, budgeting, cash flow management, and accounts receivable/payable management. * Ability to identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities in the company's economic management. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise the company's general accounting. * Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports for senior management. * Ensure compliance with tax and accounting obligations. * Plan and control cash flow and resource availability. * Prepare budgets and monitor their execution. * Analyze costs, margins, and profitability of operations and projects. * Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial obligations. * Develop financial projections and scenarios to support corporate planning. * Supervise bank reconciliations and proper control of financial transactions. * Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. * Identify financial, tax, and accounting risks that may affect the company. * Propose improvements to optimize the use of financial resources. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration. * Job stability. * Direct participation in the company's management and growth. * Participation in large-scale industrial projects.
