Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant to install, configure, maintain, and diagnose hardware and software, as well as administer security and server infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perimeter and Endpoint Security Administration 2. Microsoft Services Management (AD/DNS/DHCP/Exchange/WSUS) 3. Development of Process Automation Projects **Position:** **IT Assistant** **Profile:** * Reside in Trujillo. * Male candidate. * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Computer Engineering and Systems. * Courses or certifications in technical support. * Minimum 6 months of certified experience. * Studies in Networks and Connectivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and update hardware and software. * Perform maintenance on personal computers and associated peripherals. * Diagnose failures and errors; repair or report the need for external repair. * Prepare equipment and verify quality upon equipment re-entry. * Advise Service staff on correct use of microcomputers and software. * Ensure compliance with information security policies and controls. * Administer perimeter security (AntiSpam, Firewall, Web Filter) and endpoint security (Antivirus and device control). * Administer Microsoft services (AD/DNS/DHCP/Exchange/WSUS). * Ensure availability of server infrastructure (data links, networking, internet). * Inspect network installations and assist users in their operation. * Develop process automation projects and coordinate with specialists. * Conduct and coordinate unit and acceptance testing for developed and/or assigned maintenance tasks. * Document performed work according to established standards. **Benefits:** * Full social benefits under the General Regime. * Lunch covered by the company. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Payroll under the General Regime. * Birthday leave day. * Excellent working environment.
