Position Summary: We are seeking an organized, analytical, and results-oriented IT Project Manager / Functional Analyst to manage requirements, coordinate technical teams, and oversee technology projects. Support functional testing and validation of implemented solutions **IT PROJECT MANAGER / FUNCTIONAL ANALYST** OverskullS.A.C. is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team. We seek an organized, analytical, and results-oriented professional capable of managing requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and overseeing technology projects from planning through implementation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Elicit, analyze, and document user and client requirements. * Plan and track activities, tasks, and deliverables for assigned projects. * Coordinate requirements with Development, QA, and other involved departments. * Monitor adherence to schedules, priorities, and delivery deadlines. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date functional and project documentation. * Identify risks, incidents, blockers, and deviations, and perform appropriate tracking. * Participate in coordination and progress meetings with clients, users, and internal teams. * Track requirements throughout various development stages. * Support execution of functional testing and validation of implemented solutions. * Prepare progress reports and timely communicate project status. * Coordinate implementation and production deployment of new functionalities. * Provide user support during solution implementation. * Promote effective communication among technical teams, users, and clients. **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in managing or tracking technology projects. * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation. * Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban. * Knowledge of project management and tracking tools. * Basic knowledge of SQL and databases. * Desired: familiarity with UML and/or BPMN. * Desired: experience working with Development and QA teams. * Analytical, planning, and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients. **POSITION CONDITIONS** * Work modality: On-site * Location: La Victoria, Lima * Schedule: Monday to Saturday * Employment type: Full-time * Compensation: S/ 1300 to S/ 1500 **IMPORTANT** To participate in the selection process, it is mandatory to complete the following form: https://forms.gle/JzdcHDFFwjryYgyY9 *Only profiles that correctly complete the application form will be evaluated.* Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.7,478\.91 per month Workplace: On-site employment
