Job Summary: We are seeking an On-Site IT Support specialist to provide on-site technical support, ensuring operational continuity and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. Active participation in an ever-evolving technological operation At **Prográmate**, we are looking for an **On-Site IT Support** professional with a service-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude to deliver on-site technical support and ensure operational continuity for our users. **What will you do?** ✅ Provide on-site technical support to corporate users. ✅ Respond to and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. ✅ Configure laptops, desktops, printers, corporate email accounts, and access credentials. ✅ Manage user and equipment onboarding, offboarding, and assignments. ✅ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. ✅ Maintain up-to-date technological inventory records. ✅ Coordinate with vendors and specialists for escalated issues. ✅ Document incidents and propose improvements to prevent recurring problems. ✅ Maintain continuous communication with the IT Business Partner regarding operational risks, incidents, and requirements. **Profile We Are Seeking** * Technician or graduate in Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or corporate user support. * Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, device configuration, printers, networking, and user management. * Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 administration is desirable. **What We Offer?** ✔ Employment under REMYPE payroll. ✔ Competitive compensation aligned with experience, knowledge, and assessment results. ✔ Opportunities for growth and professional development. ✔ Active participation in the technological operations of an organization undergoing continuous evolution. **Work Modality:** Full-time on-site work at the client’s premises (between Surquillo and Miraflores). **Send your CV to:** reclutamiento@programate.pe **WhatsApp:** 960092978 **Subject Line:** ON-SITE IT SUPPORT Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
