We are looking for individuals capable of performing maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of computer equipment in both office and field environments. **Job Details:** * **Position:** IT Support Technician for Enterprises * **Company:** Sigo Negocios * **Work Mode:** On-site (including field work) * **Working Hours:** Mon–Sat, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,400 per month **Responsibilities:** * Provide IT technical support to end users (hardware and software) * Diagnose and resolve computer equipment failures * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations, laptops, and peripherals * Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications * Configure and provide basic/intermediate network support (LAN, Wi-Fi) * Configure printers and network devices * Perform basic data backup and recovery * Provide basic security support (antivirus, updates, access control) **Requirements:** * Technical studies in computing, information technology, or related fields * Completed studies; current students not eligible. * Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks (intermediate level) * Availability for field work (mandatory) * Responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork skills * Residence in San Juan de Lurigancho * Maximum age: 30 years Salary: Starting from S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
