Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician for technical support and operations, responsible for maintenance, configuration, and repair of computer equipment, as well as management of documentation and reporting. Management of reports and documentation for the department LOGISTICALS S.A., a leading company in the technology services sector, requires hiring an **IT TECHNICIAN** to join our technical support and operations department. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical studies in Computer Science and/or Systems. * Minimum 2 years of experience working in Technical Support departments. * Knowledge of computer assembly, configuration, and performance enhancement. * Experience in diagnosing and repairing computers and printers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office and others). * Availability to work in MOQUEGUA **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks related to computer equipment. * Maintenance and configuration of projectors. * Generation of service reports (reporting). * Responsibly manage follow-up on assigned tasks. * Maintain order, recordkeeping, and control of documentation related to Technical Support and Operations department activities. **We Offer:** * Salary negotiable * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
