We are hiring! **Java Programmer Analyst** We are seeking a Programmer Analyst with solid experience in enterprise software development, requirements analysis, and implementation of technological solutions. Will participate in system evolution and modernization projects, working with Java technologies and modern architectures. **Work Mode:** On-site \- La Victoria **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements for software solution development and implementation. * Develop, modify, and integrate applications, REST APIs, and technological components according to project needs. * Perform unit and integration testing to ensure development quality and correct functionality. * Prepare technical and user documentation, as well as provide preventive and corrective maintenance for applications. * Participate in system optimization, continuous improvement, and modernization initiatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software development, analysis, design, development, and implementation of systems. * Proficiency in Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST API development and integration. * Experience with microservice architectures, Docker, and integration or modernization of existing systems. * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar), data modeling, and SQL query optimization. * Proficiency with Git for version control and experience in technical documentation and requirements analysis. * Experience in administrative, financial, or institutional systems and participation in digital transformation projects. **Important** * It is mandatory to answer all questions in the job posting to have your application considered.
