We are currently expanding and seeking a **Junior Architect** passionate about functional design, technical precision, and efficient project management. **Your Mission in the Team:** Your objective will be to transform concepts into technical realities. You will be responsible for developing floor plans, 3D modeling, and necessary documentation for our projects, ensuring every deliverable meets the company’s excellence standards and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Design and Modeling:** Preparation of complete technical drawings (layouts, sections, details) and development of 3D models/renders for commercial support. * **Document Management:** Organization and updating of the company’s technical archive and project library according to corporate standards. * **Permits and Regulations:** Preparation of files for municipal permits and tracking administrative processes with various authorities. * **Technical Coordination:** Integration of specialties (structural, plumbing, electrical) into the master architectural project. * **Supervision:** Technical site visits to verify faithful compliance with drawings and specifications. **Suggested Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or licensed architect. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and \[Revit / Archicad].
