Job Summary: INCOSUPV is seeking an Architect with experience in architectural design, development of design dossiers, and 3D modeling for design, execution, and marketing projects. Proficiency in advanced software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, Adobe, AI. **Company:** INCOSUPV **Department:** Design / Projects **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Contract for commencement or increase of activity **Duration:** 3 months, subject to evaluation for renewal Position Profile INCOSUPV is seeking a **Licensed Architect** with experience in **architectural design, dossier development, field surveys, technical drawing, 3D modeling, and rendering**, capable of supporting design, execution, and marketing projects. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Architecture. * Experience in preparing **technical dossiers and/or design dossiers**. * Mastery of **architectural drawing and plan development**. * Experience conducting **architectural field surveys** and drafting plans. * Solid knowledge of regulatory standards. * Knowledge of architectural design, conceptual design, and interior design. * Basic English proficiency. * Software proficiency: * Advanced AutoCAD. * Intermediate or advanced SketchUp. * Lumion, V\-Ray, or similar rendering software. * Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator. * Canva. * Microsoft Office. * Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini applied to design, conceptualization, and image rendering. Main Responsibilities * Assist in preparing **architectural drawings** for design dossiers and assigned projects. * Assist in **architectural field surveys**, verifying measurements prior to design commencement. * Prepare **as-built drawings** per project requirements. * Support preparation of **technical dossiers, design dossiers, and graphic documentation**. * Support development of 3D models, renders, and photorealistic images. * Propose design concepts, moodboards, and interior design criteria. * Assist in design coordination for tasks assigned by management. * Prepare commercial or design presentations using Canva. * Support municipal procedures and related documentation. * Provide support to the commercial management and/or design coordination teams for ongoing or marketing-stage projects. * Participate in training sessions requested by the administrative department. * Comply with company internal regulations, procedures, and standards.
