Support in coordination and resolution of project details \# JUNIOR ARCHITECT We are seeking a proactive, organized junior architect interested in developing expertise in architecture, interior design, and construction execution projects. We value attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. \#\# Main Responsibilities \* Development and updating of architectural and detail drawings. \* On-site measurements and data collection. \* Updating sheets and technical documentation in Layout. \* Rapid modeling and visualization in SketchUp. \* Preparation and editing of drawings in AutoCAD. \* Support in coordination and resolution of project details. \* Coordination with the design and supervision teams for project development. \#\# Requirements \* Graduate or bachelor's degree in Architecture. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Layout. \* Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural drawings and construction details. \* Basic knowledge of furniture and carpentry to support resolution of details and coordination. \* Ability to conduct on-site surveys and update technical documentation. \* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \* Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively. \* Availability for site visits as required. \#\# Site Support When multiple projects or construction sites are running concurrently, support will be required in: \* Inspection of finishes and furniture quality at workshops or on-site. \* Receipt and verification of installed furniture. \* Photographic documentation and recording of observations. \* Preparation of reports and information for the General Supervisor. \* Tracking of observations and construction progress. \#\# Competencies \* Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. \* Proactivity and problem-solving ability. \* Responsibility and commitment. \* Adaptability to work in office, on-site, and remotely depending on project needs. \* Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments managing multiple projects. \#\# Employment Conditions \* Hybrid work model (remote, office, and on-site as required by project needs). \* Initial employment period with monthly renewal. \* Contract continuity and renewal will depend on performance, commitment, responsibility, and overall contribution of the employee. \* Availability for site visits, field surveys, and coordination meetings as required. \* Opportunity for professional growth and participation in architecture, interior design, and construction execution projects.
