At ABAI, we are looking for a **Junior Compensation Analyst** (Payroll) to join our Human Resources team, providing support in personnel administration processes and ensuring accurate management of employment-related information for our employees.
**What are we looking for in you?**
* Completed or ongoing technical or university education in **Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields**.
* Minimum of **1 year of experience in payroll processing, personnel administration, or human resources management**.
* Knowledge of **Peruvian labor legislation, social benefits, EsSalud subsidies, and personnel processes**.
* Proficiency in **Excel at intermediate/advanced level**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the processing and validation of monthly payroll for staff.
* Record, review, and monitor attendance-related incidents: attendance, tardiness, overtime, vacations, medical leaves, licenses, and permissions.
* Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and updates of personnel information in internal systems and relevant external entities.
* Track employment contracts, renewals, and employment documentation.
* Administer and maintain up-to-date employee files.
* Prepare payroll, vacation, deduction, settlement, and departmental indicator reports.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper collection of necessary information for payroll closing.
* Support social benefit settlements and termination documentation processes.
* Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, payments, and deductions.
